Don’t panic, but Easter is just around the corner (32 days to be exact).

Traditionally, Easter is about a dude called Jesus who died and was then resurrected. The world’s very first Jon Snow (see: Game of Thrones).

Easter is also about something else: chocolate.

You know the stuff, right?

It’s gooey and melts in your mouth.

Tastes like heaven.

Is delivered to your doorstep by the Easter Bunny (best friend to Santa Claus).

There’s something about Easter chocolate that makes it superior to all of the other chocolate.

There’s something about moulding chocolate into perfect little bite-sized portions that makes it even harder to resist.

Cadbury is a cult favourite because… Cadbury. You can’t NOT love Cadbury.

And this year the masterminds behind the Crunchie Easter Egg and Oreo Easter Egg have brought us another marvellous creation: a CARAMEL Easter Egg.

The Cadbury Caramel Egg is 39 grams of oozy, decadent goodness. It’s the Easter version of a Caramello Koala and it’s bloody good.

The egg is medium-sized; you know the ones that are about the size of your palm with a thin chocolate shell that you like to crack and eat bit by bit? Yeah, like that.

This basically means you’ll get more bang for your buck (all $1.69 of it) ‘cause you’ll get to eat the egg slowly and really savour the experience.

Keep in mind the ‘experience’ also includes getting caramel all over your hands, but that’s half the fun.

If you’re not a caramel fan then:

1) What is wrong with you?!

2) Don’t stress, Cadbury’s got you covered

This year the chocolate geniuses are bringing back their classic flavours including Dairy Milk, Crunchie, and Cherry Ripe.

The eggs have been given a bit of a facelift this year with some schmancy new packaging, but they taste just as gooooood.

They come in medium AND mini varieties.

The mini is my personal favourite because I like to try and see how many I can fit in my mouth at once (DON’T BE DIRTY) and then enjoy the chocolate stomach ache that follows.

For the stomach ache of all stomach aches then give Cadbury’s new Megatube a crack, pun intended.

The tube has 28 different eggs inside it and makes the perfect Easter gift… to yourself. Sharing is NOT caring, sorry friends!

The Cadbury Megatube is exclusive to Big W and you can even have it personalised in select stores to add that extra special touch.

Reminder: Easter is only 32 days away. You better start prepping your stomach for some serious chocolate duty.
